Returns & Exchanges

At Waterwalker Co., we want you to love what you ordered. If something doesn’t fit quite right or arrives with an issue, we’re here to help—with a few simple guidelines.

Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange within 30 days of your order date, as long as the item is:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Free from makeup, deodorant, or fragrance

  • Not marked as final sale

To begin an exchange, email us at orders@waterwalker.co. You'll be responsible for shipping the item back, and we recommend using a trackable service. If your requested size or item is out of stock, we’ll issue store credit.

Returns

We do not accept returns for fit or style preferences at this time. This helps us keep our operations sustainable as a small (for now) business.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 30 days—we’ll cover return shipping and make it right with a replacement or refund. Email your order number and a photo of the issue to orders@waterwalker.co.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Prepaid return labels are only provided for defective or incorrect items.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Giveaway items or custom designs

  • Gift cards

  • Worn or washed clothing

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of its approval. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Gifts

If you received the item as a gift (and it was marked as such at purchase), you’ll receive store credit for the return value.
