Refund and Returns Policy


For Refunds & Exchanges please contact:

FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: Refunds available on defective products, and customer must contact Waterwalker Co. within the first 30 days after order is received. For defective products, the customer will have the option to exchange or receive a refund. 

TO EXCHANGE SIZES: If needing to exchange for a different size, process must be started within 15 days of receiving the order. The product must be unwashed and unworn, in its original packaging. Customer will bear the cost of shipping to/from Waterwalker Co. on any exchange where the product is not defective.

Additional non-returnable items:

Gift cards or any clothing worn and/or washed.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once your return is received and inspected, confirming the item is unworn and in original condition, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless defective.


We will replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at along with images showing the damage to begin the process. 

If for some reason your item does not fit and you want to exchange it for another size, you will have 15 days from the date you received the product to contact Waterwalker Co. The item must be unworn and unwashed and in its original package to be eligible for exchange. In the case of an exchange of size, the customer will bear the cost of shipping. 


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. 

Shipping returns

To return your product, please send us an email at to begin the process.

For size exchanges: the customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
